The flowers are lovely, my wife enjoys them. Kudo's for honoring my 'no lilies' request. I was disappointed that 'in store pick-up' was not an option (where it has been before) and reluctantly chose delivery on the day before Valentines Day. When they didn't arrive by 5:30 pm, I called and was told the driver had a couple deliveries before ours. They were obviously busy for the holiday. However, the flowers did not arrive until nearly 8pm, disrupting our evening plans, which was less than ideal. For my next order, I will again try to pick up, or try to specify a delivery time.
